By reserving a plaque and creating an inscription on our Commemorative Wall, you will have the opportunity to honour your loved one’s journey for a lifetime, whether that journey is within or beyond our walls.

A permanent space on one of our commemorative walls can be reserved for gifts totaling $2,500, $5,000, $10,000 or $25,000 towards our highest priorities. Each plaque can be customized with a personal inscription. You can also choose the site where you would like your plaque: Toronto General Hospital or Toronto Western Hospital.
