Joe Gagliano is the Chief Executive Officer of ARS Responds, a North American leader in emergency response, restoration, construction, and disaster recovery services. Founded more than 60 years ago by his father, Tony Gagliano, the company employs over 500 people across Canada and the United States.

The organization is also involved in the development of commercial and residential real estate throughout Canada. Joe is recognized for his leadership in corporate strategy, governance, and organizational growth.

A dedicated philanthropist and community advocate, he is proud to serve on the UHN Foundation Board and is passionate about advancing healthcare innovation, medical research, and patient care.
