Mr. Fredrik D. Eaton is the President of White Raven Capital Corp., a private holding company. He has been in the position since 1998. Prior to that he was an employee at the T. Eaton Company Ltd. and Dillard Department Stores. He is a director of Bassett Walker International, a food protein trading company.

From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Eaton was Governor of The Eaton Foundation, and since 1997 has been a trustee of The Catherine and Fredrik Eaton Charitable Foundation. He has previously sat on the Audit Committee of The University Health Network. He sat on the Board of Think First Canada Foundation, an organization dedicated to reducing brain and spinal cord injuries particularly in children.

A graduate of Williams College, Williamstown, Massachusetts, he enjoys sailing and skiing.
