Felicia is a director and shareholder of Redwood Properties, a development and construction company based in Woodbridge with properties in Toronto and the GTA. 

Felicia was the creator and developer of CRSTL Solutions, a legal risk and compliance management system for financial institutions and publicly traded companies in Canada and the US. 

Prior to that, Felicia was SVP, General Counsel and chief Compliance Officer at Lombard Insurance, now Northbridge. 

Felicia was formerly a director and Chair of the Foundation Boards of Baycrest and Southlake Health.
